When can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 3pm, but if you arrive earlier, the hotel would be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is up to 11am.
Is there a pool?
The hotel have a swimming pool, sauna, gym, and Jacuzzi, used on a complimentary basis for all residents and no restrictions for families.
Where can I park?
This hotel offers extensive on-site parking which is complimentary for all hotel guests for the duration of your stay.
What is there for the kids to do?
Enjoy a swim in our indoor pool, and for outdoors, weather permitted, and on request a game of giant Jenga, Chess or Connect Four.
What facilities are there for infants/babies?
Cots, bottle warming and high chairs are available.

What can I get for breakfast?
You can enjoy a delicious Full English breakfast with a selection of hot and cold choices along with fresh fluffy pancakes.

What’s the hotel restaurant like?
The ideal place for family and friends to relax and enjoy locally sourced British dishes. They offer a delicious children’s menu, which they will love choosing from.
The restaurant is open for dinner from 6pm - 9.30pm every day.

How is this room laid out?
The rooms at New Place are comfortable and snug, mews type buildings with a short walk from the Manor House, ideal for relaxing after an adventurous day at Paultons Park.
Family of 3 rooms consists of one double bed and one single pull-out bed. A cot can also be accommodated in the room ( please bring your own sheets).
Family of 4 rooms consists of one double bed and 2 z-beds or 1 z bed and 1 cot (please bring your own sheets).
